Cardiac Education and Research

As leading teaching hospitals of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, our hospitals have active cardiology fellowship training programs and serve as on-site training facilities for medical students, residents and fellows. Our fellowship training programs have provided Rhode Island and the region highly trained cardiologists for more than 30 years.

All of our board-certified physicians and surgeons hold faculty appointments at Alpert Medical School. Continually involved in advanced cardiac research, our physicians offer our patients the latest technologies and most progressive treatments. Our cardiac care teams place a strong emphasis on the study of heart disease and advances in diagnosing and treating cardiac abnormalities.
